At ElecEco, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative work and ensuring your satisfaction. Because we provide digital services — including video editing, graphic design, and illustration — the nature of our work differs from physical product purchases.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting one. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances can change. A full refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of payment — If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of making your payment and work on your project has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Work not started — If our team has not yet begun work on your project at the time of your cancellation request, a full refund will be processed.
  • Failure to deliver — In the unlikely event that ElecEco is unable to deliver the agreed services within a reasonable timeframe due to circumstances on our end, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund as appropriate.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has commenced but is not yet complete, at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Completed work — Once a project has been delivered and approved, no refund will be issued. Delivery is considered complete when the final files are shared with you.
  • Revision rounds already used — If you have already utilised the revision rounds included in your package, these cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Change of mind after work has started — If work has commenced and you decide to cancel for reasons unrelated to our performance, a refund will not be issued for the work already completed.
  • Requests made after 24 hours — Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after payment, where work has already begun, will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Third-party costs — Any costs incurred through third-party tools, licences, or services on your behalf are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name / Order ID]”.
  2. Include your full name, the email address used for the order, the date of payment, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes for the funds to appear:

  • Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • PayPal / Wise: 3–5 business days.
