Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ElecEco website at www.elececo.com and any services provided by ElecEco (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

ElecEco provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

• Video Editing — Long-form YouTube videos, short-form Reels and Shorts, and other video content.
• Graphic Design — Thumbnails, social media graphics, branding assets, and visual content.
• Illustration — Custom digital illustrations and artwork.

All services are subject to availability and our team's capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be agreed upon before work commences.

Payment Terms

Payment is required as agreed upon before or upon delivery of services. We accept the following payment methods:

• Indian Payments: Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
• International Payments: PayPal, Wise.com.

Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For monthly retainer clients, invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your package or agreement. Revisions must be:

• Submitted in a single, consolidated feedback document or message.
• Within the scope of the original project brief.
• Requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, or additional revisions beyond the included rounds, may be subject to additional charges. We will always communicate any additional costs before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered work. Until payment is received in full, all work remains the intellectual property of ElecEco.

You represent and warrant that any materials, footage, or assets you provide to us for use in your project are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. You agree to indemnify ElecEco against any claims arising from the use of materials you provide.

ElecEco reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on our social media channels unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElecEco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ElecEco in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
