Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ElecEco website at www.elececo.com and any services provided by ElecEco (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services & Turnaround Commitments

ElecEco provides professional creative and digital production services including, but not limited to:

• Video Editing — Long-form YouTube videos (standard 48–72 hour turnaround) and short-form Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts (standard 24–48 hour turnaround).
• Graphic Design & Photoshop — High-CTR YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, photo manipulation, and branding assets (standard 24–48 hour turnaround).
• Illustration — Custom digital illustrations, character mascots, and vector artwork (standard 24–48 hour initial concept delivery).
• Web Design — Responsive creator sites, landing pages, and full-stack web experiences delivered according to milestone schedules agreed prior to kickoff.

All services are subject to availability and our team's capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be agreed upon before work commences.

Payment Terms

Payment is required as agreed upon before or upon delivery of services. We accept the following payment methods:

• Indian Payments: Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
• International Payments: PayPal, Wise.com.

Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For monthly retainer clients, invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering work that meets your exact creative standards. Revision entitlements are aligned with the service tier you select:

• Pro & Monthly Retainer Plans: Include Unlimited Revisions within the original project brief and active billing cycle.
• Starter & Basic Single-Asset Packages: Include 3 revision rounds per deliverable at no additional cost.
• Submission Window & Format: Revision requests must be submitted in a consolidated feedback message within 7 days of draft delivery and remain within the scope of the original creative brief.

Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope, or additional revision rounds beyond the 3 revision rounds included in Starter/Basic single-asset packages, are billed only beyond package scope after we communicate any additional fee and receive your approval.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered work. Until payment is received in full, all work remains the intellectual property of ElecEco.

You represent and warrant that any materials, footage, or assets you provide to us for use in your project are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. You agree to indemnify ElecEco against any claims arising from the use of materials you provide.

ElecEco reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on our social media channels unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElecEco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ElecEco in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
